I'm so excited. I won a prize during Amy's Quilt Festival from Pink Chalk Fabrics. I've been having a great time visiting all of the quilts and blogs. You should go over and viist if you haven't already. The quilts are amazing and inspiring. I've been at my sewing machine all week (when I haven't been admiring quilts.) Now if that's not inspiriation I don't know what is.
On to other news. I finished this quilt and gave it to a good friend for her wedding a few weeks ago. I kept going back and forth as to whether it was a nice enough gift or not, and then found out that her colors were chocolate and blue. It was meant to be hers, and now it is. She loves it and I'm thrilled.
